Carlo Marino, DDS
President, Center Street Dental
Dr. Carlo Marino, DDS, was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. He began his undergraduate studies at the University of Toledo before earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from The Ohio State University in 1990, where he also met his future wife, Dr. Angela Marino, also a dentist in the practice. Following dental school, he completed a general practice residency at the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo.
For nearly 30 years, Dr. Marino has led a practice recognized multiple times as Akron’s Community Choice Award’s #1 Dental Clinic, TopDentists in Cleveland Magazine, TopDentists in Akron Life Magazine, Akron’s Business Hall of Fame, and Neighborhood Faves. As owner, he is committed to the belief that everyone deserves access to high-quality dental care. He has dedicated his career to advanced continuing education in dental implant placement and restoration and, together with his team, has helped place more than 12,500 dental implants.
Dr. Marino is a member of the Thommen Medical Lecture Team and Advisory Board, representing a global leader in Swiss-engineered implant technology. He and his team can provide full-arch tooth replacement, offering solutions that restore an entire upper or lower set of teeth using four to six dental implants.
He takes great pride in maintaining exceptional standards across all affiliated locations, ensuring each office is staffed by highly skilled professionals and equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including digital radiography and, in select locations, cone beam scanners. All practices adhere to strict OSHA and HIPAA compliance standards.
Dr. Marino is also a member of The Ohio State University President’s Club for Philanthropic Leadership. The practices are also proud supporters of the Tunnel 2 Towers Foundation and Fill This House, a local faith based non profit for foster children.
Outside of the office, Dr. Marino enjoys spending time with his wife and their three sons—Dr. Michael Marino, who is also part of the practice, Steven, and Anthony—as well as his daughter-in-law, Monica. His hobbies include saltwater fishing, boating, restoring classic cars, and traveling.
Angela Marino, DDS
COO, Center Street Dental
Dr. Angela Marino, DDS, has been practicing dentistry in the greater Cleveland-Akron area since 1991. She has been recognized by her peers as a Top Dentist in both Cleveland Magazine and Akron Life Magazine.
Dr. Marino began her education at Capital University in Columbus, Ohio, where she graduated summa cum laude and was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. She went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, where she met her husband, Dr. Carlo Marino, also a dentist in the practice. She completed her General Practice Residency at MetroHealth Medical Center, a Level I Trauma Center, before beginning her career in private practice.
Since 2015, Dr. Marino has pursued extensive advanced training in facial aesthetics, including BOTOX®, dermal fillers, PDO threads, Sculptra®, lip augmentation, and PRP aesthetics through DentaSpa in Miami, Florida—a global leader in aesthetic training exclusively for dental professionals. She is passionate about helping patients achieve natural, dramatic results with minimally invasive treatments that can often be completed in a single visit.
Her professional affiliations include the International Academy of Facial Aesthetics and The Ohio State University President’s Club for Philanthropic Leadership. She is also a proud supporter with the offices of the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
Dr. Marino is deeply committed to community service through her involvement with Fill This House, a faith based nonprofit organization that provides essential household items to Cleveland-area teens aging out of foster care. She leads an annual holiday collection drive across all practice locations to support this meaningful cause.
Outside the office, Dr. Marino enjoys spending time with her husband and their three sons—Dr. Michael Marino, Steven, and Anthony—as well as her daughter-in-law, Monica. Her personal interests include yoga, cooking, traveling, and maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle.
Nicholas Blevins, DDS
Dr. Blevins was raised in the Cleveland, Ohio area and graduated from St. Ignatius High School. Subsequently, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Boston College Carroll School of Management, where he had a highly successful career as a dental office manager.
Driven by his passion for assisting patients with their dental needs, Nicholas Blevins decided to pursue a career as a dentist. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry.
Committed to continuing education and clinical excellence, Dr. Blevins has completed advanced training in the placement and restoration of dental implants, including specialized coursework with Thommen Medical—an advanced, Swiss-engineered implant system known for its precision and high-quality outcomes.
Dr. Blevins finds fulfillment in practicing dentistry near his hometown and contributing to the community he cherishes. Outside of his professional endeavors, Dr. Blevins enjoys spending time with his friends and family. His preferred hobbies include participating in sports, embarking on nature hikes, listening to music, exploring new restaurants, and having fun in the sun.
